Imagine being able to experience the Iron Age of Scotland next to one of the country’s most beautiful Lochs.
At The Scottish Crannog Centre you will explore our collection of 2500-year-old objects, through guided museum visits which include the exhibition, an Iron Age village with ancient crafts and hands-on activities, and being able to see and soon go into the first of three actual Crannogs being reconstructed and built on site.
You can also visit our café, with indoor and outdoor seating serving food and drinks. The lochside and Sensory Garden can be accessed throughout our site along boardwalks and accessible pathways.
