Iron Age Ingenuity 2020

23rd, 24th & 25th May

Explore the technologies of the Iron Age, and marvel at the skills, creativity and knowledge of people 2500 years ago. See how they met the challenges of living between the land and the loch, have a go at crafts and activities. We will be demonstrating traditional bronze casting techniques, sharing stories by the loch with our storyteller, and hosting artists and craftspeople, as well as loads of hands-on activities for the whole family.

Activities will include bronze casting demonstrations, Paul McDonald armoury demos and interactives, wild food and plants, plus much more.

No booking required!

Supported by Woodland Trust and part of the Year of Coasts & Water 2020
