i am 8 years old and enjoyed my day visiting you. I liked the being inside the crannog and all the fun activities thank you. I also liked seeing where the other two crannogs were.

We were very impressed with the presentation provided by Rick, I think. He was very engaging and answered all our questions. Great fire builder!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our visit to The Crannog last weekend. We were on a short trip away for our Anniversary and my Birthday, and decided to make the trip from Pitlochry where we were staying. It was a highlight for us ,and quite a surprise for my husband a sawmiller, to engage with what was going on. Many thanks to you all for a very interesting tour.

Had a fantastic time, learned so much from very knowledgeable staff. We even dressed the part. Loved every minute and will definitely return.

We love visiting the Scottish Crannog Centre and are always encouraging our visitors to head along! Whether it's getting back in touch with nature or just learning an ancient skill, the Crannog Centre is fantastic.

We visited on Easter Monday (2016) and really enjoyed seeing inside the Crannog. It was a great experience for us as a family. Our 5 year old son was able to ask the tour guide a question after he'd finished his talk, so it was clearly very engaging

We visited on Easter Sunday. What a fantastic day out, so much to do see and do. The guides were lovely, so friendly and knowledgeable. It felt like we had walked back in time to join a happy family going about their daily business - survival! Even our 13 month old son was entranced by it all and spent the whole visit dressed in a tunic which he didn't want to take off. I think the highlight for him was eating the bread we made on site and it was delicious! We will certainly go back again.

This is a great site for families or anyone interested in archaeology and history. Our guide was interesting and knew her history. She was very good with including the children that were in the group. I recommend a visit to the Crannog Centre if you are ever near the area...
it was well worth the stop.

An utterly fantastic experience and one of the highlights of our entire trip around Scotland. Our guide was very knowledgeable and keen about sharing knowledge and he really made the entire experience much more relatable.
